The change of schedule will give way to the country's hosting of the ASEAN summit from April 26-29.
The men's team of Ateneo will also play on May 2 after a 23-day break.
The Blue Eagles swept the elimination round to gain an automatic finals berth. They will face the winner of the do-or-die match between FEU and NU on Wednesday.
