MANILA, Philippines — Dindin Santiago-Manabat is a long way from getting back to her old form.
Manabat suffered a torn ACL last March during the Foton Tornadoes' campaign in the Philippine SuperLiga Invitationals.
The conference was supposed to be her debut after giving birth to her daughter.
But now, everything's back to zero for the former National University standout.
"Back to zero talaga, hindi ako nakakatalon, hindi ako nakakapaglakad nang maayos," she said.
Manabat was on the sidelines when the Tornadoes blanked Cherrylume, 25-15, 25-16, 25-17, in the 2017 PSL All-Filipino Conference at the FilOil Flying-V Centre in San Juan, Tuesday.

Foton head coach Moro Branislav said they are keeping Manabat as a trainer of the team.
"Dindin is (an) important player for Foton. Foton is thinking for long term. This player is for long time," the Serbian mentor said.
Manabat was among the players considered to play for the national team in the Southeast Asian Games, but she would have to give way until December to start playing again.
"Four months pa lang (after the operation), so basically wala (nang chance to play sa national team)," she closed. - Aaron Brennt B. Eusebio
