MANILA, Philippines — Streaking University of Santo Tomas seeks to fortify its hold of the top spot as it clashes with College of Saint Benilde while slumping teams San Beda and San Sebastian aim to finally break into the win column in the Premier Volleyball League Collegiate Conference at the Filoil Flying V Center in San Juan today.

Rookie Eya Laure dropped a game-high 18 points in a fired-up performance that handed the Tigresses their fourth straight win against University of the Philippines last Sunday.

“Every game you need to build your confidence, especially if your setter does not give you the ball as much. But I realized that even if I seldom get set up for an attack, I must treasure it so it would turn into a point,” said Laure.
